About this Course

Through this twice a week program, students will develop core fundamental skills necessary to advance in their BJJ journey. Students will delve into more advanced techniques and concepts of Brazilian jiu jitsu. There will be more of an emphasis on sparring (rolling) and dynamic drills. Prerequisite to this course will be to have been an active participant in the beginner course or at least 1 year of experience.
